We reserve the right to close any account that is suspected of fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to withhold payment from any webmaster suspected of participating in fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to deny any webmaster admittance into our
program for using illegal content, if the webmaster is located in a high
fraud area, or for any other reason.
BadgirlBucks.com will pay you 50% Revshare, this is recurring for as long as the member stays in our system. We will also pay you 10% referral for webmasters that you refer to our program.
You may send traffic via exit-consoles, enter-consoles, blind links,
text links, banners Consoles, Thumbnail/Pic Post, and MetaRefresh We supply
a huge promotional material archive which is updated regularly or you can
make up your own material provided it conforms to BadgirlBucks.com Terms and Conditions.
We will assist you if needed with the modifications on your websites.
By signing up you understand and acknowledge that BadgirlBucks.com can and most
likely will send out emails (newsletter) to all webmasters that join.
By signing up you acknowledge and agree that BadgirlBucks.com reported stats are
the agreed upon and only file(s) to be used to determine the number of
hits and sign ups sent.
BadgirlBucks.com currently pays for credit card only transactions generated
thru CCBill.com.
BadgirlBucks.com does not pay for cross sales generated from our own join pages whether they go to one of our own sites or an outside site, ie as a
webmaster you are only paid for the initial credit card sale, and only the
intial credit card sale will be reported to your stats, and any recurring from that initial sale for the duration of the Surfer's Membership to our sites.
BadgirlBucks.com reserves the right to not report sales to webmaster accounts if
it is felt such sales were generated by fraud or for any reason BadgirlBucks.com
deems necessary to protect BadgirlBucks.com as a company. Sales not reported
will not be paid upon. One reason this is necessary is due to the large
number of transactions we receive where the customer signs up and cancels
over and over again, or is found to be using a stolen credit card. We do not get paid for this and therefore cannot pay you for such sales.
You are only allowed 1 account with BadgirlBucks.com, if you set up more than 1 account, you may be subject to termination without pay! More than one account per affiliate MUST be pre-approved by our staff.
We DO NOT support or accept illegal sites (Child porn, Incest, Bestiality,
Password Trading or Warez sites) to join our program and promote our sites!
We DO NOT allow newsgroup or email spamming. Bottom line is if you spam,
you will NOT get paid.
You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server, if you do, you
WILL be cancelled without pay. There are exceptions to this and where stated, you may ONLY hotlink those banners! No other hotlinking will be tolerated.
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent
hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We WILL co-operate with
the proper Authorities and hand over ANY and ALL information collected by our system! We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely.
Payouts are processed weekly. There is a $25.00 minimum balance before
a check will be sent. Any amount under $25 is carried over to the next pay period.
BadgirlBucks.com is not responsible for loss or downtime of servers.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle
for more than 30 days or for any reason we see fit.
If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will
consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid at all. If you require a sample login to see our members areas, please contact us and we will look into providing this for you.

officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and
assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages

Funds are paid in US funds.
We reserve the right to terminate the account of any webmaster who
posts to message boards, emails or messages our other affiliates,
or speaks negatively of us. We are not going to make everyone happy
all of the time.. If you have a problem or issue with our program or any
of our sites, please feel free to contact us. We understand miscommunications
can and do happen, but we always try our best to satisfy any webmaster

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice, and you understand that it
is your responsibility to check these rules often.
